How You’ll Make an Impact
- Quoting, WIP service order management and invoicing to ensure accurate departmental cost recovery.
- Management of all timesheets for Field Service Engineers ensuring that all documents are received and processed as per business requirements.
- Provide support with logístical arrangements including, but not limited to visa’s and work permits to satisfy company compliance (security / travel etc..) requirements for overseas deployment.
- Provide regular reports to departmental management on financial status of departmental cost recovery.
- Communicate financial reporting metrics to the departmental line manager.
- Raise purchase requisitions and invoices for appropriate activities within the department.
- Collaborate with other internal business departments such as, Environmental, H&S, Security, Compliance, Tax and Quality to ensure that FSR’s are fully supported and remain safe in line with Siemens Zero Harm policy.

What You Bring
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Experience of managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a operational environment.
- Experience of working with industrial power turbines and / or aero-derivative gas turbine technology or similar industrial products for Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
- Due to the reactive nature of the Service Industry, there will be many occasions that there will be a need to make decisions and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Excellent understanding of EHS regulation and practices pertaining to Oil and Gas & Energy Industry.
- SAP experience beneficial but not necessary.

About the Team

The PCC Field Service team comprises a management structure, Operations Specialist, Manpower Planner and Field Service Coordinator whom collectively support our team of 32 specialist Field Service Engineers.
