Bank Workers As Care Assistants

Job Title: _**Bank**_ Care Assistant
Y**ou need to complete 5-10 hours a week and 20 hours per month to be worked. Flexible as you will need to let us know when you are available to work and the hours. We will then use that availability where we can in our roistering. If you do over 20 hours a month then thats not a problem, but 20 hours in a month has to be committed to. We offer a formal Contract on this basis and holidays will be paid. This is not a Zero hours Contract. This would suit any one with a full time work already, may be evening or weekends or a night shift person.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £11.40-£15.20 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
