My clients are a global manufacturing company, and are currently recruiting for a part time HR Administrator. You will work 22.5 hours per week, this can be flexible in the times you work, however they must cover 5 days. (Monday to Friday between the corehours of 8.00 - 4.30)
The responsibilities:

- Supporting in the recruitment process (job adverts and role descriptions)
- Assisting in managing offer letters, contracts and new starter paperwork including induction and probationary review paperwork
- Managing leavers and contractual changes from an administrative perspective
- Ensuring that personnel records are maintained including the electronic database to record absence and holidays ensuring compliance with legal requirements including GDPR legislation
- Liaising with Finance in terms of payroll records as appropriate including starters, leavers, employee changes and sickness/absence records
- Supporting the managers in absence review meetings and investigation meetings including compiling the relevant paperwork
- Managing the reference request process and pension letters for new starters
- Assisting in the preparation and rollout of HR documents
- Updating policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation
- Assisting in HR related projects from an administrative perspective including employee engagement and communication initiatives
- Answer employee queries on HR related matters
You will be a demonstrated self-starter who is comfortable working either individually or as part of a team with multiple internal and external stakeholders, highly organised with excellent attention to detail, have a good knowledge of Employment legislation.
