The Role:
**Salary**: Circa £45k - £50k + Excellent Benefits
Location: London (with some hybrid working)
- My client is a rapidly growing international organisation offering a range of solutions to the global Financial & Professional Services sector. As part of their exciting growth plans an opportunity exists to join the group in a role supporting the business functions in adopting Salesforce as their primary CRM, a key appointment as they continue the transformation of their business support functions.
The role will primarily focus on enhancement and improvement of their core Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, understanding the integration of other functions such as Concur and other platforms, and managing the product road map. The Salesforce user experience is of great importance, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training colleagues, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority
- Manage and administer Salesforce platform for the organization.
- Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the organization’s needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
- Maintain and enhance data integrity and security within Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Train and support users on Salesforce functionality.
- Manage project pipelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement new features as needed.
- The Person
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration.
- Strong stakeholder facing capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in general platform configuration and customisation.
- Experience in managing project pipelines and delivering on time.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Able to write user stories.
- Be the point of contact and able to run workshops.
