Job Introduction

Our client is a global leading property management company.

This is a permanent, full-time role, 40 hrs per week. You will be covering for holiday, lunches. training days and sickness across our portfolio. This will occasionally involve working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Main Responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge in each of the buildings across the portfolio as this will be required for covering lunch, holidays and sickness.
- Acknowledge and treat all guests and customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Delivering professional high-quality service.
- To work efficiently and effectively in order to deliver prompt and reliable service
- Anticipating the needs of both customers of the buildings and the visitors.
- To ensure an effective and flexible approach at all times.

- Have a positive, outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders
