**My client are looking to recruit a Smart Meter Advisor to join their team on full time basis. SMART Meter**
**JOB LOCATION Cardiff Gate - Hybrid**
**SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED BPSS**
**LENGTH OF CONTRACT start ASAP till September 2023 - likely to extend**
**HOURS 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)**
**Free on site Parking**
PAY RATE £12.90 per hour PAYE
INTERVIEW PROCESS Telephone Interviews
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Energy industry Customer Service background ideally, good knowledge of smart meters.
ADDITIONAL VACANCY INFORMATION 1 role available, equipment will be provided (this will need to be returned at the end of post)
Duties will include:
1. Ensure smart accounts are setup in CS, billing correctly, have correct MOP assigned, data collection recorded and ECOES register flag maintained for all supply gains, meter exchanges and new connections
2. Liaise with the DCC around certificates for enrolment and adoption. Liaise with the DCC/AMT around commissioning issues.
3. First point of contact for third parties SMS and EA to help resolve installation and commissioning issues. Manage all security/rev pro alerts from the smart meters.
4. Provide information and guidance to internal customers on matters relating to smart ensuring that information supplied is accurate, relevant and resolves the request efficiently.
5. Managing smart cos gains ensuring these are setup and the correct MOPs are assigned, updating consent for data collection.
