We are looking for a hard-working junior executive to fill an administrative position, with possibilities to advance.

If you want easy money and a quite desk job, this is not the ideal role for you. If, on the other hand, you believe that you can make a difference, if you have faith in your ability to create your own fortune and if you would like to build up something, then this challenging position could possibly just be the opportunity you have been looking for. We have high expectations and we are looking for somebody who can show results in previous positions or activities.

For over 13 years, we have been fixing gutters and roofs in and around London. We are not biggest by a long shot, but we operate in a very special niche with our teams of full-fledged roofers - and we are determined to expand our business. For this reason, we are looking for a junior executive who wants to grow into managing parts of the business and expand our operation into a nationwide success.

Our office is located in East Grinstead, West Sussex and this is where the work will have to be done. This role cannot be done from home.

In this position you would first get trained on all parts of the Operations Manager's functions to back her up: Routing of jobs, scheduling them, managing the technicians out in the field, keeping track of their expenses, invoicing, dealing with Customer Service, etc. The idea would be that you could take over much of this, with a view towards in the future freeing up the Managing Director from the day to day hands on operation and thereby supporting him in the running of the company.

If you are suited well for this position, it is a given that you will advance up through the ranks quickly and you will get trained in the other aspects of the business as well, such as HR, marketing and sales. We are extremely well organised with all functions written up and clearly stated, ideally poised for expansion in a huge market.

Your mission will present you withmany challenges that need to be sorted to see the business achieve its new level of expansion in 2023 and moving forward from there, and in Operations you will be ideally placed to make it so. There is huge potential for expansion in this position and for the business, the only limit being your imagination and willingness to work hard.

You are a person who likes to work consistently in a very stable company. You like to get things done, not procrastinate. You know the importance of routine and you are used to building or keeping systems functioning without having to change them unless absolutely necessary - but when change is required, you can embrace it and adapt to changed circumstances. You have a natural sense for order and can envision yourself managing groups of people towards success.

The idea of this position is an executive growing with and within the organisation, with an accompanying growth in rewards and remuneration for the executive, as targets are reached. The starting pay will vary, pending on the qualifications of the applicant, starting no lower than £25KPA but possibly higher for the right person.
