As a Senior Internal Communications & Engagement Executive, you’ll be working closely with the Senior Manager Internal Communications and Engagement - Content and Channels, to support the development and delivery of Nuffield Health’s Internal Communications and Engagement strategy so all our people are clear about the direction the Charity’s heading in, the role they play in helping us to achieve our strategic goals and they feel proud to work at Nuffield Health and the difference we’re making to the health of the nation.

**As our Senior Internal Communications & Engagement Executive you will**:

- Act as an “in-house journalist” and collaborate with team members across the Charity to scope and produce content which will bring alive our purpose, strategy, and the Charity plan in creative and compelling ways.
- Maintain and coordinate a suite of channels, newsletters, and tools to help our team members to stay connected and input into new channel development.
- Support the design and delivery of key engagement meetings and events including our leadership meetings, Annual General Meeting, and the Big Build conference.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team through planning, measurement, and reporting.

**To succeed as a Senior Internal Communications & Engagement Executive, you will**:

- Be a great storyteller with exceptional messaging skills and able to adapt your style and approach to different audiences, channels, and stakeholders.
- Love creating great content and be experienced in a variety of digital and physical channels.
- Enjoy getting out and about, making new connections, being inquisitive and unafraid of pushing back to people at all levels when necessary.
- Be skilled at using a wide range of content creation and publishing tools and software.
- Thrive working in a busy and fast-paced in-house communications team that’s “always on”.
- Be familiar designing and delivering comms in a multi-site consumer-facing organisation where most people don’t work behind a desk or “9 to 5” hours.
- Be confident using 'YAMA' & 'Indesign' knowledge would be beneficial.
