Criminal Justice Recovery Champion

**Overview**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Change Grow Live (CGL) substance misuse service in Warwickshire as a Recovery Champion in the Criminal Justice Team.

CGL Warwickshire is a fully integrated recovery focused substance misuse service working to provide drug and alcohol treatment. The service delivers a range of services - from open access, harm reduction, medically assisted recovery and specific recovery interventions, group work and Criminal Justice interventions.

**Responsibilities**:
The service comprises of a range of interventions including key work and clinical co-ordination, psychosocial interventions, group work, family work and complex needs.

This role will involve working with service users involved in the Criminal Justice system to support them in building and utlilising recovery capital to move into long term recovery, supporting and delivering PODs or one to one interventions. The ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team is also essential.

You will be a positive role model, supporting service users and promoting visible recovery by initiating and maintain links with Warwickshire’s recovery community and mutual aid. In addition, you will promote service user involvement across the service to ensure we are providing the best service we can.

This is a full time position however we could consider part time hours and that this can be discussed at interview stage.
