Permanent positions paying up to £42,400 annual salary with annual leave, benefits packages and extensive training opportunities available.

Are you an electrical supervisor looking for security and progression? Then this opportunity is for you. Upskill with an expert and close-knit team on a nuclear fusion site in Abingdon. Work for one of the top 10 UK leading M&E contractors on a critical site with training, progression, and recognition at every step.

This is permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday 8am until 4:30pm.
Up to £42,400 per annum salary + 25 days paid annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays + company benefits package, training and career progression.

**Your daily work as an could include**:

- Co-ordinate, supervise, and manage the shift pattern Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance and extra works including emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Ensure holidays comply to HR policies
- Carry out back to work interviews and annual appraisals. Support the shift team with any assistance they may need.
- Prioritise and manage all reactive maintenance calls and ensure team update the CAFM system.
