Stand-alone HR Manager

Multi-site role based in Luton and Rugby

£40,000p.a. - £45,000p.a.

I am currently working on a brilliant HR Management position working for a midlands based SME who has sites in Rugby and Luton. This commercial and fast paced client are looking for someone to come in on a permanent basis and support their headcount of justunder 100 with everything and anything HR related.

Keeping on top of the general day to day support you will be able to look at the current function, do a needs analysis and develop and implement any projects you feel will add value. You can really make this one your own

Reporting to the MD you will need to bring fresh ideas, be process driven and able to turn your hand to anything HR related - a true generalist.

This position is paying £40,000p.a. - £45,000p.a. and will spread their time between Rugby and Luton.
