**What You’ll Be Doing/ What we are looking for**

When working as a **Solutions Architect**there will be multiple lines of work and qualities, we are looking for inducing:

- Design, develop and create various solutions
- Evaluate the business needs and determine how IT can support such needs leveraging software, hardware, or infrastructure

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Solutions Architect
- A strong Microsoft development background
- Previous experience of working within a large environment
- Previous experience in an insurance/financial/regulated environment
- The ability to successfully work in a team
- Excellent communication and an eye for detail
