**The role**

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our small but Friendly team.

Our Credit Management team are looking for an experienced Credit Controller Team Leader to join our team at our Nottingham office, to motivate and direct the credit control staff. You will be working alongside experienced credit controllers providing supportin all aspects of the Credit Management process, from routine calls to clients, to dealing with challenging and complex files and queries.

Your tasks will include management, coaching and development of 2 credit controllers, provide support to team members regarding complex queries, inbound and outbound calls to clients, take responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of outstanding salesledger balances for the teams allocated accounts, preparing paperwork for litigation files, and dealing with client queries. And other general administration duties.

Experience within the Legal sector is preferable but not essential.
