About the role

The role is customer focused and will require significant interaction with customers on a day-to-day basis.

Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and organise the delivery of allocated work requests to meet agreed scope, budget, time and quality objectives
- Take ownership of assigned tasks as agreed with the project manager and your line manager and see them through to successful completion
- Monitor and report progress on assigned work, identifying, controlling, and reporting on risks
- Liaise with customers to ensure the Idox software is implemented and used as effectively as possible
- Familiarise customers with the Idox software to demonstrate successful delivery and aid testing and acceptance
- Develop and maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of the company’s products in accordance with a personal development plan
- Provide support and maintenance services to customers in collaboration with other groups within the company
- Collaboratively solve problems and ensure that team colleagues are kept informed
- Adherence to Idox Information Security policies and protocols
- This role is home based (remote working) but will require occasional travel to client sites.

To be successful
- Experience delivering off the shelf software solutions including configuration and set up
- Previous experience in a consultancy role, working with a variety of customers both internal and external
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers who have varying technical abilities, listening to their requirements, then documenting and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of owning and managing a project through the implementation lifecycle
- Compile and maintain required technical and project documentation
- Passion for working as part of a close-knit project team, where sharing ideas and supporting colleagues is key to the successful completion of projects
- The ideal client will be well organised, with the ability to manage their own diary and workload
- Willingness to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.

**Additional desirable skills**
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related discipline
- Experience of software deployment and testing
- Knowledge of MS Office productivity suite
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience editing JSON
- Experience using Windows Powershell.
