**Hours**:_37.5 hours per week Mon-Friday with core hours 10:00-16:00_

**The Role**

Working as part of the distribution team at Almac Sciences, you will be responsible for the effective co-ordination and processing of Almac Sciences Dispatch requisitions. This will include prioritising shipping orders, liaising with couriers and carriers, communicating with various internal / external stakeholders and the preparation of dispatch paperwork. The post holder will be one of the main internal contacts for all Almac Sciences dispatch related queries.

**Key Requirements**

Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, employment in the UK

To be successful in this position you will need a Degree (or equivalent) qualification **(Significant experience in similar role may be considered in lieu of academic requirements), **experience in a customer facing role within an order processing or dispatch environment, experience of report generation and circulation, and an understanding of the export documentation requirement for shipments outside the EU.
