**What will I be doing?**
We’re working to improve the lives of children and young people in Somerset - and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:

- Working with children and young people, 0 - 18 years, with disabilities and special educational needs.
- Planning, organising and leading activities up to 3 times per week during school holidays with children & young people, aged 8 - 18 years
- Some availability to lead/take part in the evening and occasional Saturday work.

**What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?**
We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you have:

- Experience of supporting children with disabilities personally and/or professionally.
- A good knowledge of IT.
- The ability to work in partnership with families and other professionals is essential.
