We are currently seeking a **machine operator **for a **12 month fixed contract position** in a modern, well-lit factory located in **New Milton, **just a stone's throw away from Lymington, Christchurch, and only 12 miles east of Bournemouth's city centre.

**The hourly rate for this position is up to £14.30 per hour, this works out as £29,000 a year - there is also possibility to earn more on top of this via overtime.**

This role has opened up due to the company's continued growth and winning new contracts, driven by an expansive and promising project that's now become a reality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate brake press machinery to bend and shape sheet metal components according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machinery to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Utilise fly presses, rollers, and guillotines as needed in the fabrication process.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

**You will enjoy regular working hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with a half-day finish on Fridays - 39hours a week.** On-site, you'll find convenient free parking and a well-stocked, self-service canteen.
