Transport Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Assist with Transport admin/ Use Transport Software/ Liaise with customers
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with employee relations matters and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR databases and files
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Qualifications:
- Transport/ Warehouse/ Logistics Experience Preffered
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources or Admin
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
