The Head Chef of a hotel located in Harrogate is seeking a **Junior Sous Chef** to strengthen the kitchen team. The hotel offers dining in the Brasserie style 80 cover restaurant and the bar area but also hosts regular functions, weddings andconferences for 200 plus covers. The role needs a Junior Sous Chef who can run all sections to the high standards expected in an organised and methodical manner.
