**Position: CNC Team Leader**

**Location: Deeside**

**Package: £35,000 per annum**

**Hours: 40 hours per week (PM Monday - Thursday 2pm - 11pM/Friday 12noon - 6pm)**

**Contract: Permanent**

4Sure Recruitment is on the look out for a skilled CNC Team Leader who is looking for a new challenge and a great progressional career step.

Our client is growing at a dramatic rate and is looking to implement key management infrastructure across site, with a key focus on their CNC department.

**Role & Responsibilities -: CNC Team Leader**:

- Working across a busy machining department - supervising component manufacturing.
- Supporting and working with a small team of CNC machine operators assessing the production outputs and methods.
- Working with the CNC Manager to assess / adjust SOPs to improve outputs across the department
- Quality management to ensure finished products meet the expected standards for readiness for paint processes and shipment.
- H&S standards adhered to daily.
- Previous working experience across a manufacturing and CNC Turret engineering skills at a team leader level - Essential
- Highly organised and skilled with planning ahead
- Team Player - able to work alongside and support existing team members with day-to-day functions
- Previous Sheet Metal knowledge - Essential
- IT Literate - SAGE / RADAN - Desired
- Turret Machining experience - Essential
