**Role Overview**

The role comprises the use of several programs to prepare jobs for print production and ensure jobs are prepressed accurately and on time. Provide technical support to customers with art-working issues. You will need to be highly organized to maintain daily deadlines.
**Requirements**:

- Identify artwork problems and contact clients to resolve
- Impose artwork to supplied guidelines
- Gather knowledge of process and identify areas that could be improved / Implement ideas to streamline work

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- A sound knowledge of Adobe CS & Microsoft programs required
- A working knowledge of studio and prepress processes required
- A good knowledge of digital / litho print is essential
- Ability to work to extremely high standards and tight deadlines
- Very good attention to detail Good communication skills
- A flexible attitude within the work place depending on work volumes
