**About this Role**:
Based within our newly decorated Head Office in Salisbury (with a hybrid working pattern on offer) we are looking for an Administrator to join our Accounting and Finance team. In this role you will be joining a team of eight, including the Team Leader, and your role will be supporting this team within a larger Accounts function mainly with processing supplier invoices for payments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with the daily incoming post and scanning this onto the system.
- Processing invoices onto the system and checking for proof of completion from the contractor.
- Manage and support a busy mailbox which receives a variety of invoices and queries daily.
- Where applicable chase suppliers for any refunds due and organise
- Dealing with all purchase ledger related enquires for clients, Property Managers, utility companies and suppliers whilst maintaining high levels of customer focus
- Ensure invoices are logged onto the system within 3 working days of receipt
- Assist the client handover team inbound and outbound client purchase ledger issues, ensuring invoices are paid as appropriate prior to handover and escalating issues as appropriate to the Manager

**Must Have Skills**:

- Experience within an admin and customer service based role
- Superstar on Microsoft Software (MS word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and efficient telephone manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under sustained pressure.
- Must be organised and willing be able to prioritise.

**Bonus Skills**:

- If you have experience of using Qube (Property Management database)
