As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter's Mate to join our team.

As a Carpenter's Mate at Mead Realisations Ltd, you will work closely with experienced carpenters and construction professionals to contribute to the successful execution of our build projects. You will be responsible for supporting the carpentry team in various tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Assist with Carpentry Tasks: Work alongside carpenters to assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures.
- Material Preparation: Prepare and organise materials, tools, and equipment required for carpentry work, ensuring efficiency and a smooth workflow.
- Site Support: Provide general support on construction sites, including cleanup, moving materials, and maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
- Learn and Develop Skills: Take advantage of opportunities to learn from experienced carpenters and develop your carpentry skills on the job.
- Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

Minimum of Level 2 Carpentry apprenticeship

Previous experience in a construction or carpentry-related role is desirable.

Ability to follow instructions and learn on the job.

Basic understanding of carpentry tools and techniques.

Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.

Occasional weekend work may be required.

Individual must have their own work tools.

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
