**Admin/Trainee Floor Joist Designer**

**The Role**

**Role Requirements**
- Interpreting architects’ drawings to provide layouts, quotations and design details for residential and commercial builds.
- Using bespoke software to create 2D layouts of floor areas, adhering to the clients’ specification and designing the structural elements of the floor.
- Building positive, professional relationships with site managers and buyers.
- Communicating with sites to provide technical support.
