Are you passionate about automotive training and skilled in body repair and welding techniques? MBA is seeking a talented Panel & Welding Technical Trainer for a client of ours to join our expanding team in Milton Keynes.

Our client is a leading provider of automotive technician training and qualifications. Based in Milton Keynes, we offer comprehensive apprenticeship delivery for body and paint learners, serving a diverse customer base ranging from independent businesses to major vehicle manufacturers.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Panel & Welding Technical Trainer, your primary role will involve delivering structured training courses and assessments to our valued customers. This will include:

- Conducting body repair programmes for apprenticeship learners.
- Delivering welding validation courses for large vehicle manufacturers.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in automotive body repair techniques and welding processes.
- Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant qualifications in automotive engineering or related fields.

You will be primarily based at our well-equipped training facility in Milton Keynes. However, occasional travel will be required to deliver on-site training sessions for our customer base.

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 am - 17:00 pm (37.5 hours per week excluding breaks).
