Join our dynamic team based in Hamilton, Leicestershire as a Production operatives and be part of the exciting world of paper manufacturing We are currently hiring individuals for our 4-day work shift, comprising 2 days and 2 nights.

Are you ready to make your mark in the paper manufacturing industry? PaperWorks Manufacturing is seeking dedicated Production Line Operatives to join our dynamic team

Perks:

- 4-day work shift: 2 days followed by 2 nights

- Additional shift allowance of £2.80/h during night shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line
- Ensure quality control and product specifications are met
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

We are operating as an employment business.

**Salary**: £11.20-£14.00 per hour
