**The company**:
We have an establish nearly 20 years. We carry out in the moment planning so are looking for a Nursery Practitioner level 3 who is passionate and is responsive in their practice.
**Responsibilities and Skills**:
- Excellent child development knowledge especially with 0-5
- A sound understanding of the EYFS and in the moment planning
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge
- Be a good communicator and listener and the ability to observe children's nonverbal cues
- Have good written skills to complete children's profiles and any required nursery paperwork
- Be a team play but have the ability to work independently and bring new ideas
- Have good attendance rates and a professional attitude and a love for young children
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,500.00 per year
