We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Dungannon. We currently have opportunities for a HR and Site Administrator.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative excellence to the HR Function and to the site. The role will vary from week to week depending on the requirements of the business as well as being responsible for general day to day administrative based tasks.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Liaising with travel supplier on behalf of site Team Members.
- Providing first level HR advice to managers and team members
- Administration of the Site Time and Attendance System and Absence management
- Sending variations to Payroll department
- Prepare monthly reports on key HR metrics such as Absence, Turnover, Overtime, etc.
- .Issuing of relevant Memos, announcements and vacancies
- Assisting with Early Talent and Recruitment
- Maintenance and Upkeep of the Company Bike2Work Scheme
- Upkeep of Site Electronic Communications and Notice Boards
- Monitoring of Stationary Usage and Ordering of Stationary on a weekly basis
- Upkeep of the Visitor Log
- Ordering Catering as and when required
- Processing of invoices on online Basware portal
- Upkeep and Follow Up of New Starter, Promotions and Leaver Paperwork
- Filing, Photocopying, Letter Writing and other general administrative duties as and when required
- Answering of Telephones and redirecting calls to relevant Team Member
- Prepare HR contracts like employment contracts, new hire induction, etc.
- Administration and follow up of Site Social Events, Team Member Survey Action Plan etc.
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate to the role.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
- Strong Administrator with ability to utilise Microsoft Office Applications in particular Excel
- Has HR knowledge with 1-2 years of working experience in HR environment, preferably in Manufacturing
- Familiar and comfortable in the use of Online Web Based Systems
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to demonstrate Administrative Excellence
- Experience of Suggesting and Implementing Improvements
- Numerically Minded
- Experience in use of Time and Attendance Systems or similar
- Minimum - 5 X GCSE’s Grade A - C or equivalent experience.
