You will be working with one of our key customers, providing high quality recruitment guidance and support to the UK business and participating in global talent initiatives with teams in Europe.

Our solution sees us work in close collaboration with the customer to manage the full recruitment process, overseeing recruitment activity and advising on process and systems improvement, plus the delivery of hiring manager training.

**Role Purpose**

You will be at the forefront of this dedicated talent acquisition solution to this employer, acting as an extension of their organisation and going to market as the client. This means that you will be closely working our customers HR and Hiring Managers as you source, attract and engage with the people they need to hire to take their business forward.

You will be part of a team operating at a strategic hiring level with customers, helping them to solve recruitment challenges and creating competitive advantage in the short and long term. The programmes you are part of are exclusive multi-year agreements.

You will work in close collaboration with Cogito Directors and Senior Client personnel to execute strategies and project workstreams which create an innovative and best practice recruitment model.

You will split your time between 1 or 2 days per week onsite with the customer in Bristol and working from home, and you will also benefit from spending time with our Bristol based team to collaborate upon wider talent acquisition initiatives.

You will report to the Director of Programmes, which means you will also support with other customer projects including recruitment audits, employer brand and wider training solutions.

**The Role**
- Actively participate in role briefing meetings with the hiring manager and HR including providing recommendations for the recruitment approach
- Conduct Applicant Screening, Telephone Interviews and Face to Face/Video interviews to determine suitability for role
- Working in close collaboration with Cogito Programme Leaders and client stakeholders to ensure each recruitment project is delivered on-time, on-budget and continues to meet the client expectations.
- Present recruitment performance data and labour market insights to shape future strategies including pay, reasons for decline and hot spots of target talent
- Maintain engagement with talent pipelines to ensure a proactive recruitment approach is delivered including promotion of client employer brand marketing

**About You**

We are looking for someone who has solid experience in the recruitment industry - either inhouse or RPO - with specific experience of recruiting skills head office positions.

Along with knowledge of these skills sectors you will be someone who really understands how the full recruitment cycle operates and strives to add increasing value in the service provision.

- able to develop knowledge of businesses quickly, gain an understanding of recruitment needs and then ensure the right approach is being fully utilised to achieve success
- comfortable working in a KPI environment
- someone who exhibits a passion for recruitment and is driven, fun and ambitious

The Offer
- Salary to £35,000 depending upon breadth of experience
- Bonus Scheme based on personal performance, 10%-15% of base salary.
