Business Management Sustainable Investing Senior

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We act as trusted advisors to the heads of the Sustainable Investing business, help to optimise business performance and aid in the execution of strategic initiatives for the business.
As a Business Manager in Sustainable Investing Team, you will support the Sustainable Investing (SI) business within Asset Management. To be successful, you will be required to work with key stakeholders across the organization to support the AM wide SI agenda and to achieve the strategic initiatives of the business.
**Job responsibilities**
- Provide support to the overall SI business, strategic initiatives and platforms, and ensuring we are well co-ordinated across all functions within the AM business
- Maintain a strong control environment and serve as the point of contact for our control partners in relation to SI
- Partner with the business to define future workflows and implement technology and infrastructure projects to prepare the business to meet the requirements of an ever evolving market structure
- Partner with relevant external service/ infrastructure providers
- Represent the business in respective internal/external working groups
- Understand and support the implementation of key regulatory changes
- Analyse financial performance, including expenses; identify productivity initiatives and drive implementation
