Shot Blaster Operator

My client is looking for a **Shot Blaster Operator** to work at their expanding facility based in Craigavon.

**Pay Rate**:£11.50 - £13.00 (depending on experience)

**Shifts**: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Manual shot blasting
- Load and unload shot blasting booth
- Control shot blasting machinery
- Demonstrate due care and respect for company equipment ensuring tools and equipment are checked for defects, calibrated, cleaned and comply with the agreed preventative maintenance schedule;
- Consistently produce work to the required company quality standards and customer specifications (dimensional, visual, identification, associated paperwork where required);
- Participate in and attend cross functional training and departmental meetings as required
- Read and understand work instruction sheets
- Identify component parts
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Work in an appropriate manner under instruction of direct supervisor;

**Requirements**:

- At least six months' shot blasting experience
- Experience working in a quality driven environment
- Ability to work under instruction from supervisor
- Motivated to complete tasks on time and to high standard of workmanship

You must live within commutable distance of Craigavon to be considered for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour
