**Marketing and Events Administrator**

**Hours**:12 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

**Salary**: £7,410 per annum (£22,847 FTE)

Do you have an interest to understand Marketing and have a passion for excellent customer service?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fabulous Marketing Team. You will be friendly and creative, with strong communication, administrative and organizational skills.

You will:

- support the organization and coordination of internal and external events / coordinate and plan activities and exhibitions including Open Events, Careers Fairs, School Assemblies, Workshops and Recruitment Fairs;
- support recruitment and positive retention of students, apprentices, business contacts and hirers;
- to act as the main point of contact for the external hire of the Campus spaces (this may involve occasional evening and weekend work).

**Criteria**

**Essential criteria**:

- 5 passes at GCSE or equivalent including English
- Experience of working in a customer service / administrative / events / marketing or communications role
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage your workload and prioritize effectively

**Desirable criteria**:

- A Level
- Experience of working in customer service with an understanding of event planning
- An interest and desire to understand marketing and develop competencies in this field
