Job Introduction
**Joiner/ Bench Joiner-** Lutterworth
- £12 p/h - £15 p/h Basic Rate + Uncapped Overtime Rate - Realistic Earnings £35k - £45k

Reform Manufacturing are a bespoke joinery manufacturers for both retail and residential sectors and are looking for qualified **Joiners** to come and join their team based in Lutterworth. If you are an experienced **Joiner **looking for a change **then we want to hear from you**

**The Role**:

- To be responsible for the manufacture, assembly and finish of bespoke joinery from technical drawings.
- Operate a range of machinery and handheld tools
- To work within a team and individually
- Ensuring the work environment is left tidy

**What we are looking for**:

- Have experience with bench joinery, ideally within retail/POS
- NVQ or equivalent desirable
- Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work with own initiative.
- Be confident in using a range of machinery as well as handheld tools.

**Working Hours: 8am - 16:30 Monday - Friday + UNCAPPED OVERTIME AVAILABLE AT INCREASED RATE**
