Brand Expert

BPerfect Cosmetics design, develop and outsource the manufacture of a range of cosmetics that are stocked in over 1800+ retail outlets throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK, and a multitude of outlets worldwide. The BPerfect range consists of makeup and tanning products. Additionally, BPerfect have also developed a range of products in collaboration with some of the best make-up artists in the industry. We create innovative beauty products that are on trend, forward thinking and unique.

**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Our Brand Experts will be expected to achieve and exceed individual, BPerfect and Medicare store sales targets by using key selling skills.
- Confidently promote the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, products, and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
- Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
- Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
- Support with all store’s operational tasks.
- Support your Team Leaders, Managers, and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.
- Working with and communicating efficiently with the team in Medicare Health & Beauty.
- Additional opportunities/ hours may be provided upon request within the BPerfect Team/ Events Team.

**The Individual**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated team players with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Medicare Health & Beauty will offer a busy and demanding environment. To succeed you will need to be a customer-focused Brand Expert with a positive “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.

**Preferred but not essential**:

- Brand knowledge
- Makeup and beauty experience.
