Yacht Broker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Yacht Broker to join our team at Norfolk Boat Sales, operating primarily in the scenic locales of the Norfolk Broads and East Coast. This role involves significant client interaction and requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep passion for the boating industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the sale of new and pre-owned boats by managing listings, conducting viewings, and handling negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on various types of boats and their features.
- Stay updated on market trends and boat inventory to offer accurate and timely information to buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate with our offices in Brundall and Wroxham to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
- Manage administrative tasks related to boat sales, including documentation, contracts, and financial transactions.
- Participate in boat shows and promotional events to represent Norfolk Boat Sales and expand our client network.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in yacht brokerage or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of boats and the boating industry, particularly within the Norfolk Broads region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel between Brundall and Wroxham offices and attend events as required.

This is a permanent position working 5 days per week inc Saturdays

On target earnings are between £40k to £45k pa
