At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager help drive Sales Operations initiatives across multiple sales verticals, and work with other team members to resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional teams and provide input on sales operations policies and procedures based on sales feedback and real practice; Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Revenue assurance, Legal, Finance, etc.)
- Drive data insights, reports and dashboards critical to understanding operation performance and to drive operational efficiency.
- Working hand in hand with Channel sales, finance, credit, fraud, data & insights and Go to Market teams to ensure our trade plan and promotional strategy achieves our overall commercial delivery plan
- Lead Growing performance through a continual test and learn approach through tools e.g Adobe Target
