Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 - Hybrid working

**Main duties to include**:

- Offering first line to support to customers
- Providing technical support and guidance on specialist products
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Managing a shared inbox
- Organising the shipping of replacement products
- Consistently providing an empathetic level of customer service
- Working in compliance to company policy and ethos
- Experience within a customer service role
- Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Able to commute to Watford
- Suitable set-up to work from home
