As our Technical Author you will be responsible for:

- **Acting as in-house technical writer supporting technology-based projects, bids and strategic developments.**:

- **Working with colleagues across the company to understand existing and emerging processes, systems and software which require documentation.**:

- **Designing, writing and producing technical documentation for internal and external end users, including user guides, instruction manuals, process guides, training guides, instructional videos, online help, technical elements of proposals.**:

- **Supporting the production of bids for upcoming projects**:

- **Documenting changes made to existing software.**

**If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK**
- **Previous experience as a Technical Author.**:

- **Excellent standard of written English.**:

- **Understanding of UX/UI best practices and terminology.**:

- **Proofreading skills - demonstrating great attention to textual detail, identifying the smallest errors and inconsistencies.**:

- **A demonstrable understanding of educational assessment would be advantageous but not essential.**:

- **Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.**:

- **Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.**
