Our Reeds Rains branch in Liverpool City Centre are looking to recruit a highly motivated Trainee Estate and Lettings Agent on a full time, permanent basis.

Established in 1868, Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the sale, purchase or let of a property as easy and straight forward as possible. As a Trainee Estate and Lettings Agent working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:

- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £20500 per annum
- £17’500 Basic Salary
- A 5-day working week
- 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays

In the role of a Trainee Estate and Lettings Agent you will be responsible for growing and developing the business within the branch by:

- Generating and conducting Lettings and Sales Viewings
- Winning and gaining new Applications on properties to let and offers on properties for sale
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times

As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within sales or customer service. A full UK driving license is essential.
- This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches._
