We are currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Advisors on a permanent and temporary basis to join our well-established manufacturing client’s team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be key to developing long term customer relationships that deliver increased and profitable development. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day sales focus and service of key accounts in the UK.

**As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will be**:

- Leading and engaging with customers, building the credibility and trust.
- Administrative duties including order entry and despatch.
- Liaising with colleagues and internal managers.

**The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills**:

- Previous experience working within a customer service environment.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Have developed skills in driving performance.
- Good communicator both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong relationships over the phone.
- Flexible approach to workload.
- Work well as a team.

**Additional Information**
- 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays. (3 days must be used over Christmas due to shutdown).
- Company pension.
- Death in Service 3x salary.
