Position: Lettings Viewing Clerk

Job Overview: As a Lettings Viewing Clerk for a property lettings agency in Northamptonshire, your primary responsibility is to assist potential tenants in viewing properties that are available for rent. Your role involves facilitating property viewings, offering information, and ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the process.

Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, Mondays off.
Timings: 8:30 -5:30 (9:00 to 4:00 on Saturday).
20 day’s holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Property Viewings: Coordinate and conduct property viewings for potential tenants. This includes arranging schedules with clients, ensuring access information is provided, and guiding clients through the properties.

Provide Information: Furnish comprehensive information about the properties under consideration, including features, specifications, local amenities, and any other relevant details that could impact the client's decision-making.

Address Client Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries and alleviate any concerns during the viewing. Expertly handle questions about the property, nearby surroundings, rental pricing, and other pertinent factors.

Maintain Professionalism: Serve as the agency's representative with professionalism, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain a courteous, respectful, and client-centric demeanor at all times.

Document Feedback: After each viewing, document client feedback and comments about the property. Share this input with colleagues to enhance the agency's understanding of tenant preferences and elevate future services.

Support Property Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing property details and listings that appeal to potential tenants.

Stay Abreast of Market Trends: Stay informed about current rental market trends, property values, and local area developments. This knowledge will empower you to offer insightful guidance during property viewings.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, including arranging viewings, updating property databases, and preparing necessary documents for tenants.

Please note: company car is available for conducting viewings only - the car stays at the office.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the local property rental market and area amenities.
- Organizational proficiency to effectively manage viewing schedules.
- A polite and client-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency in office software and property management systems.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
