This is a hybrid position with approx 1 day per week working from one of our offices (Cheltenham or Shipton-under-Wychwood)

**Requirements for Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech & Product**
- Proven experience in technical recruiting is essential, preferably within the technology or retail communications industry
- Strong understanding of engineering (software and hardware) and product management roles, technologies, and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent using a variety of recruitment methods.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

**Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech & Product**
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies for tech and product roles.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects and to ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.
