**About The Role**:

As Team Leader, you will be the leading a team of Legal Advisors on our front line and guiding them to delivering a competitive and productive legal advice service, where good customer outcomes are at the heart of what we achieve. You will be liaising with different departments across the business to ensure we continue to work in a collaborative, hard-working and highly engaged environment.

We work in cross-functional collaborative teams, so you will also work alongside the wider business to improve the customer experience and our efficiency on a day-to-day basis.

In addition, you can expect to:

- Lead a legal advice team to provide exceptionally high levels of customer service via telephone and other digital channels.
- Ensure our helpline team is managed efficiently to ensure our customers are given high quality advice when they need it, within a regulated environment.
- Develop and motivate the team by holding effective 1:1's, coaching sessions and taking referrals.
- Proactively spot patterns in the frustrations or hopes of our customers, seeing where we can change our processes, tools, or product to serve them better.
- Actively look for ways to improve the customer journey and the service we provide.
- Understand, prioritise, and escalate customers' feedback and feature requests for the wider business.
- Support other members in the Operations team by being a point of contact and mentoring advisers of all levels from new starters through to senior advisers.

- Good understanding of SRA requirements
- Experience in delivering improvement to service the customer experience.
- Experience managing a team of professionals is desirable.
- Technical Legal Advice knowledge and experience is desirable.
