Role: Call Centre Manager / Sales Manager
Location: Barston, Solihull
Basic Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
On Target Earnings: £65,000 to 75,000
You will be working in a vibrant and energetic office set in an amazing location in Barston, near Solihull. With an established, robust process they are able to support businesses and individuals to save thousands of pounds through innovative finance solutionswhen purchasing property and estates.
Your role will be to support a highly success team of executives who each and every day are supporting clients through complex processes to save them money. They attract new clients mainly through referral networks and spend time to build long standing relationshipsto generate new business for the company. You will split your time working alongside the team in generating business and looking after customers as they advance through the process and supporting the team through measured metrics, training and development.You will be highly motivated, meticulous, process driven and quality focused to ensure the team and business continues to perform and evolve for the benefit of their customers.
