**JOB VACANCY**:
(BAR TEAM MEMBER - FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES)

**SALARY**:
Starting Salary per annum, depending on experience. Salary paid weekly. We embrace Real Living Wage criteria as part of our talent retention and recruitment effort.

**HOURS**:
45 hours per week, with additional paid hours available during peak periods. We actively support a positive home/work life balance.

**DAYS**:
5 days a week with a mix of straight and split shifts depending on daily hotel operations.

**HOLIDAYS**:
Statutory Holidays (Currently 28 days per annum / pro-rata).

**BEDROOMS**:
14 Bedroom Hotel.

**COVERS**:
Breakfasts: 20>30, Lunches: 30>40, Dinners: 40>60; Functions/Events: circa 100. Small travel groups, fishing & golfing groups form part of our customer profile.

**FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES**:
Contemporary/ Scottish/Outer Hebrides food style menu with an emphasis on local produce that caters for a wide range of guest preferences.

**BAR & RESTAURANT TEAM**:
We currently have a Food & Beverage team with various skill levels. This is an opportunity for career development and promotion.

The Borrodale Hotel is a privately owned, family run hotel with over 40 years of experience. Situated in the Southern Isles of the Outer Hebrides, our location offers access to spectacular views, seas & sands, wildlife, hill-walking, fishing, links golfing, and watersports opportunities all year round. **Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
