CNC Turner

Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Set up and operate CNC turning machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools for each job
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of components
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes

Qualifications:

- Proficient in welding, materials handling, fabrication, milling, and working with logic controllers
- Knowledge of tooling and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Strong understanding of basic maths for measurements and calculations
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for design purposes
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed

Pay: £16.00 per hour
