Wood Machinist

Scandia-Hus are looking for an enthusiast person to join the team as a wood machinist at its newly refurbished manufacturing site near Billingshurst, West Sussex.

Ideally you will have some experience of cutting timber within the timber-frame house industry, although full training on our equipment and manufacturing processes will be given. There will be occasions when you will need to help make trusses, joists and other components of timber frame houses.

Driving licence and own transport essential due to rural location of the factory.

Working hours 7.30am start, 4.30pm finish - Monday to Friday.
