Play Worker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Play Worker to join our team. As a Play Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn, play, and develop their social skills. **Duties**:

- Manage and supervise children during playtime activities
- Plan and organize age-appropriate games, crafts, and educational activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Assist with meal times and maintain cleanliness in the play area
- Provide guidance and support to children as they navigate social interactions
- Collaborate with other Play Workers to create a positive and inclusive environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in childcare or working with children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to drive engagement and participation in activities
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage groups of children
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with nursery rhymes, songs, and storytelling
