We recognise our Support Workers as more than just a Support Worker you will be known as a Community Access Support Partner, someone who makes a real and lasting difference to the lives of people we support.
Experience with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of concern and an understanding of PBS is preferred. However, we will also consider individuals whose values align with our own and are committed to offering outstanding person-centred care.
Our starting salary if you have not worked in our field before is £25,467 per annum (full time 39 hour per week contract) with additional payments of £73.03 per sleep-in (not waking nights) and enhanced overtime pay.
If you have 12 months learning disability/autism experience and have a completed care certificate, QCF/RQF/NVQ 2 or psychology/social work degree, we offer a starting salary of £26,011 per annum (full time 39 hour per week contract) with additional payments of £73.03 per sleep-in (not waking nights) plus enhanced overtime pay.
We are also looking for weekend staff for our services in Levenshulme, working 24hrs from Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday. The salary for our weekend vacancy is from £15,674 to £16011.

**About us**
City Care Partnership is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of specialist services for adults with learning disabilities and autism. With more than 30 years’ experience we provide bespoke and innovative assessment and care packages in a range of supported living models which include 24hour domiciliary care and residential care home support services. We support people of all ages and focus on coaching people to be more independent.
**The Role**
- Support in accessing activities including hiking, swimming, horse riding, dog walking, arts & crafts, music, drama and socialising with others.
- Making a real and lasting difference to people’s lives.
- Assisting with day to day living tasks, including cooking.
- Completing paperwork to a good standard.
- Supporting our clients to live as independently as possible.
- Companionship.
- Encouraging positive relations with all involved.
**All applicants will be required to hold a full UK/EU **_**MANUAL**_ **driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months to enable you to drive the company or the client's vehicles.**
Shifts are given 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Our full time rotas cover a 7 day period, mornings, afternoons, evenings, including sleep ins.

Supplemental pay types:
- Optional overtime at enhanced rate
- On average an extra £3,359.38 per annum if you do one sleep a week, more if you do more sleep shifts a week
