We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Treasury Assistant to join the Finance team at our Head Office. This is a hybrid role working 4 days at home and 1 day a week in the office in Helsby, Cheshire

We are looking for someone who has good communication skills and shows clarity in reporting and understanding, supported by strong analytical skills and a persistent nature. You’ll be able to work to strict deadlines and under pressure, with a keen eye for detail.

This role is crucial to the business and we are keen to support and develop the right individual. With a finance function of over 200 professionals and a complex growing group this role will provide plenty of opportunities to develop and grow your career.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Bank account maintenance. Responsible for maintaining all UK bank accounts. Including but not limited to initial set up of bank accounts, completion of banking documentation, closing old bank accounts, adding bank accounts to facility arrangements and annual review of direct debit arrangements.
- Banking platform. Day to day responsibility for our banking platform, including administration of new users and accounts, changes in limits, payment limits, access requests and user access reviews.
- Credit Cards. Responsible for Credit Card processes including setting up of new credit card arrangements, resolving all card holder and business account queries in a timely and efficient manner and monitoring usage to ensure adherence to credit card policy.
- Daily cash reporting to the Executive team.
- Ad hoc support as required by management.

**Person Specification**:

- Good/Intermediate excel skills
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management across countries and cultures
- Experience of working within a finance team (desirable)
- Working towards accountancy qualification (desirable)
- Experience of Power BI (desirable)

**Salary and benefits**
- £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
